Suitable for exercises such as lat pulldowns, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, seated rows, and face pulls. The loading pin is compatible with suitable standard and Olympic weight plates. The system has a stated load capacity of 130 kg and can be mounted to a sturdy support structure with a suitable attachment point.
